CHALLENGE:

With hundreds of team members who service thousands of condos, apartments, and homes, Hello Doorstep needed a mobile app that could automate their time, attendance, and property services.

SOLUTION:

The Hello team outlined the specifics of the flow and functionality of the app. C7’s development team translated that direction into a well-organized app that fully automated the various aspects of their home services business. This included geo-fencing check-in locations, proof of service images, and time and attendance management. The app was rolled out through beta testing and is now actively servicing the client’s business.
